Job Qualifications We are in need of CSR to handle a US based telecom provider to start this month. Duties covers billing, retention and collection support with minor upselling. We have 20 open position. Starting salary is PHP 16000 ++ exclusive of Performance and Attendance Bonus, Night Differential Pay, Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Generous Referral Privileges. Also Competitive vacation and sick leave packages and career advancement opportunities awaits newly hired candidates.

Main Requirements:
- Has completed at least high school diploma.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work on various shifts including weekends, graveyard and holidays
- Must be computer and internet savvy
- Previous call center experience would be a great advantage
- Should have positive and upbeat attitude
- Reliable and dependable. WE WOULD HIGHLY PREFER TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO'S WILLING TO WORK FOR US FOR A LONG TERM!
- Filipino Citizen of at least 18 years old and above
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay
- Basic computing is necessary for billing / collections account
- Knowledge about different phone products from Home Phone to Mobile Phone
- Knows how to upsell products to existing customers
