Job Description WHY APPLY? • Competitive salary package • 100% non-voice • Fixed night shift and weekends off • Real work-life balance ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Ensure all customers receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and chat. • Perform back-office tasks in order to complete customer concerns and requests with attention to detail and efficiency. • Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer-related requests. • Oversee the dedicated voicemail for concierge in order to process its incoming requests.
Job Qualifications - Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO.
- Must have excellent writing skills in English; good speaking skills in English.
