Job Qualifications Job Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line assistance and connecting to customers using call, chat, e-mail, self-service/web portal
• help desk support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications and infrastructure
• Answer inquiries regarding installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of products
• Responsible for solving simple to complex client escalations
• Keep track and follow instructions for documentation, notification, escalation and follow up of incidents

• Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related courses
• At least 2 years of working experience focusing on IT/Computer – Software/Service Desk/TechnicalSupport
• Knowledgeable with Windows, Mac, ITSM, Network, Application, Infrastructure, Ticket Analysis, and understanding issue trends.
• Preferably ITIL v3 Foundations Certified
• Keen to details and good problem-solving skills
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule or graveyard
• Can work in different locations in Metro Manila
