| Job Description | • Support current and future customers’ services in both of the IPTV and the OTT domains of digital video technologies • Develops and maintains critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems. • Provides direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs • Participates in architecture and software development activities |
| Job Qualifications | • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
• Experience in deploying, configuring and managing cloud architecture and technologies (AWS, Azure, Linux, virtualizations) • ITIL v3 deep knowledge: Incidents, Problems, Changes, Service Management, Request Fulfillment • Ability to work within an agile organizational culture • Experience with continuous delivery facilitated by the following (or similar) tools: Jenkins, Cloudformation, Terraform, Ansible, Docker • Familiar with Python, Bash, PHP • Experience with web application services such as Apache, Varnish, Tomcat • Experience in Databases architecture, setup and troubleshooting • Deep knowledge of the Splunk platform and ability to develop metrics, checks (both active and passive), dashboards and KPIs based on Splunk • Familiar with how the internet works specifically in TCP/IP stack, HTTP, HTML, XML DNS, Routing, Encryption • Understanding of deployment strategies such as continuous deployment and be able to drive and strive for greater automation whilst performing the day job. • Support current and future customers’ services in both of the IPTV and the OTT domains of digital video technologies • Good communication skills |
